Always wear  helmet, eye protection & other necessary body protection while riding this pocket bike.

All the above are not toys and reaches speeds that could be dangerous and result in serious injury or even death if proper safety precautions or good judgment is not practiced.

Buyer certifies that he/she are of legal age and waives seller of any responsibility for any damage of property, injury or death incurred or caused as a result of operation of the above.

The Buyer also waives the seller of any responsibility for damage, injury or death caused by improper assembly, modification, negligence, abuse or any improper usage of this bike.

Buyer should contact their respective licensing & municipal office and follow their rules & regulations regarding the usage of the above vehicles and the follow the safety precautions that are mentioned by them and as well written in the manual.

Specification are just for your reference may change little bit here & there as we get it from supplier.

Please note: we do not ship to P.O.Box or as a gift to somebody else.

Items will only be shipped to the address mentioned on paypal when you make when we receive the payment.

If by any reason the buyer returns the shipment or if the shipment is returned for any reason the buyer will be responsible for paying to & fro shipping charges and other charges that are incurred.

All Items are checked properly before shipping so there is no possibility of any missing parts, but if by any chance your bike arrives with a missing part or a part is defective we will help you out. But for that you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hour period you will need to purchase a replacement.

All Items are brand new in  a sealed box. They are sold as-is and we are not responsible for finish problems that may occur during shipping  e.g. Fairing scratches, finish rubbing off etc. 

If you think that your Item may be damaged when it arrives, you should refuse delivery.  This will make it easier to process a damage claim with the freight company. If the bike is damaged during shipping contact the shipping co within 24hrs to report claim & also contact us. We will try to help you resolve the problem with the freight company. However the freight company or courier  is solely responsible for damage done to your item while it is being shipped. All products are insured for their value. If you use the item in anyway then the item will not be covered by insurance. You must keep the box and all packing material. You will also send us an email within 24 hours with the description of the damage and digital photos of the item and the box.
